Do you deliver across the UK? Yes, we deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. Delivery is free on all UK orders over £75.
How long does delivery take? Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days of dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
How much does delivery cost on smaller orders? Orders under £75 have a flat delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I track my order? Yes — once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your returns policy? We want you to be happy with what you buy. If something isn't right, you can return most unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Do you offer a guarantee? Everything we sell comes with one year of cover for peace of mind, on top of your standard return rights.

Do you sell both camping and garden products? Yes — Buy&Bye covers two areas: Camping & Outdoor (tents, sleeping bags, camp kitchen gear, trail equipment) and Home & Garden (planters, pots, garden tools, seeds and supplies).
What are Curated Kits? Curated Kits are ready-made bundles of products chosen to work well together — useful if you're setting up camp, starting a growing season, or refreshing a space and don't want to guess what you need.
Are your products good for beginners? Yes. We choose products for reliability and ease of use, so they suit both first-timers and experienced campers or gardeners.
Orders & Payment
How do I change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible after ordering — if it hasn't shipped yet, we can usually amend or cancel it.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with the other payment options shown at checkout.
